		<description>JD Byrider Is there for the people. In this economy its hard to get ANYTHING from anybody. And if you have less than perfect credit (which is practicly every single person now) JD Byrider is the only place that will do whatever they can to get you into a car. The other places laugh you off the lot and then 2 weeks later they are out of business. (serves them right) Byrider understands that people make mistakes and that bad things happen to good people and gives people the benefit of the doubt.  I personally, for my sake and everyone elses am glad businesses like this are out there and hope that other retailers follow suit.</description>

		<description>I have known many people who have rebuilt their credit by using J D Byrider's program.  One person that comes to mind, Brent, was able to purchase a brand new 2010 Volkswagon after successfully completing the J D Byrider program.  I don't know of any other car dealer who can do that for someone.</description>

		<description>I have worked for JD Byrider of Belleville since they opened in Sept 2006, after working for new car dealerships for 17 years.  The owners of our franchise have taken very seriously the concept of helping people rebuild their credit.  I have seen them give away large service items to help a customer stay in their vehicle, I know that our collection department will work with anyone who is having a hard time making their payments.  All we ask from our customers is that they communicate with us so we can help them succeed.  This was very unusual for me to see after being affiliated with new car stores for so many years.  A new car franchise does not care about their customers the way JD Byrider does.  To us, a customer is so much more than a number, it is a chance for us to help someone gain a better life for themselves and their families.  We rejoice in every success story and are thrilled when our customers are able to move on to purchase their next vehicle through conventional methods.  We want our customers to be able to move on, but so many of them appreciate the personal service that we give that they insist on being repeat customers.  I am glad I made the career move to JD Byrider and am very proud to explain where I work and what we do.  I think we are making a  positive difference in so many people's lives.</description>
